Local partner spotlight: Care and Share Food Bank

Care and Share Food Bank for Southern Colorado is a local food bank that gathers, sorts, and distributes food to those in need. Rocky Top Resources has held past events to support Care and Share Food Bank, by accepting food or monetary donations. We strongly recommend supporting the amazing work that they do for the less-fortunate in our community. Check out some of their story below.

Care and Share started in 1972 and continues to serve Southern Colorado by taking donations, sorting, and distributing food. They believe no one should go hungry – and they do an incredible job helping combat hunger in our community. We’re proud to say that we’ve been able to help facilitate giving over 3.2 million pounds of food for Care and Share to distribute to the needy. At this time, we recommend supporting Care and Share by giving on their website.
