If you're planting a new lawn in our area and using CSU water during establishment, you'll need to use a seed or sod mix that's approved for their water establishment permit. The good news is that using our Tri-Mix or Premium Topsoil, at a rate of at least 8 cubic yards per 1,000 square feet, meets this requirement.
